2. Use of our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or data
  • Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful files
  • Copy, reproduce or misuse website content without permission
  • Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information

We may suspend, restrict or remove access to our website if we believe it is being misused.

3. Product information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, specifications and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, finishes, sizes and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, supplier batches, materials and manufacturing tolerances.

Where products are supplied by third-party manufacturers or suppliers, specifications may change without notice. We will try to inform you of any significant changes that affect your order.

4. Prices

Prices will be shown in pounds sterling (£).

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of delivery charges and any optional extras. We currently sell and deliver to mainland UK only.

We are not currently VAT registered. No VAT will be added to our prices and VAT invoices cannot be issued. If we become VAT registered in the future, VAT information will be shown where required.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

5. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A quote does not form a binding contract until we have accepted your order and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Quotes may be based on supplier prices, stock availability and the information provided by you. If the information changes, the quote may also change.

6. Orders

An order is placed when you confirm that you wish to proceed, whether through the website, online checkout, email, phone, message or in person.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • Products are unavailable
  • There has been a pricing or description error
  • Required information has not been provided
  • Artwork or personalisation is unsuitable or unlawful
  • Payment has not been received
  • The delivery address is outside mainland UK
  • We reasonably believe the order may breach third-party rights, laws or regulations

7. Deposits and payment

We may require full payment or a deposit before processing an order.

Our website may allow customers to place orders and pay directly through online checkout. Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

For personalised, bespoke, branded, printed, embroidered, engraved or made-to-order goods, production may not begin until the required payment has been received.

Payment terms will be shown on the invoice, quote, order confirmation, checkout page or agreed with you directly.

Late payments may delay production, delivery or collection.

8. Artwork, logos and customer-supplied files

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, badges, designs, names, images, text or files supplied to us are accurate, suitable and lawful to use.

By supplying artwork or branding to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licences, permissions or authority to use it and to allow us to reproduce it for your order.

We are not responsible for copyright, trademark or intellectual property issues arising from customer-supplied artwork or instructions.

We may refuse to produce artwork or products that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing or inappropriate.

9. Proofs and approvals

Where we provide a proof, mock-up or design for approval, you must check it carefully before approving production.

You are responsible for checking all details, including spelling, grammar, names, dates, numbers, colours, sizes, product details, quantities and layout.

Once a proof or order detail has been approved, changes may not be possible and additional costs may apply.

We are not responsible for errors that were included in an approved proof unless the error was introduced by us after approval.

10. Personalised and custom goods

Personalised, custom-made, branded, printed, embroidered, engraved, decorated or made-to-order goods are produced specifically for you.

Because of this, they cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Further details are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

11. Production times and delivery estimates

Any production times, turnaround times or delivery dates are estimates unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.

We will do our best to meet agreed timescales, but delays can occur due to supplier availability, courier delays, artwork issues, payment delays, stock shortages or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, late approval, late payment, unavailable stock, courier issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Delivery

We currently sell and deliver to mainland UK only.

Free delivery is available on orders over £100 to mainland UK, unless stated otherwise or unless an order requires a special delivery service.

Delivery charges and options will be confirmed during the order process, on the checkout page, or on your quote or invoice.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided, collected by you, or handed to your nominated carrier or representative.

If goods are returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, additional delivery charges may apply.

13. Collection

Where collection is agreed, we will let you know when your order is ready.

Orders should be collected within a reasonable time. We may not be able to store completed orders indefinitely.

14. Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide a suitable remedy where required, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another agreed solution.

15. Returns and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

16. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, branding, layouts, product photography and designs, belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our website content without written permission.

Customer-supplied logos, artwork and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Any design work, artwork setup, layouts, mock-ups or production files created by us remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

17. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Order details are accurate
  • Product quantities and sizes are correct
  • Delivery information is correct
  • Artwork and personalisation details are accurate
  • You have permission to use any supplied logos, designs or branding
  • You approve proofs carefully before production
  • Products are suitable for your intended use

18. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Delays outside our control
  • Errors in customer-approved proofs
  • Issues caused by inaccurate customer-supplied information
  • Problems caused by customer-supplied artwork, logos or files

For business customers, our total liability for any claim will usually be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless the law says otherwise.

19. Business and consumer customers

Some rights differ depending on whether you are buying as a consumer or as a business, club, school, organisation or trade customer.

If you are buying mainly for personal use, you are likely to be treated as a consumer.

If you are buying for business, commercial, club, school, charity, organisational or resale purposes, you may be treated as a business customer.

20. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include supplier delays, courier disruption, strikes, illness, accidents, weather, fire, flood, technical failure, cyber incidents, shortages, changes in law or other unexpected events.

If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

21. Privacy and data protection

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it and your rights.

22. Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices or terms of those websites.

23. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.

The terms that apply to your order will usually be the terms in force at the time your order is accepted.

24. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
